Keema is a folk favorite food also known as Keema Pav, which people like to eat on roadside stalls, it tastes delicious when eaten with paratha, naan, pav or chapati.
Let’s see how to make Keema Recipe:
Wash the minced meat and cut the onion and tomato.
Mix onion, tomato, minced meat, salt, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder and oil in a cooker, add some water and whistle, after one whistle, reduce the gas flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cook then turn off the gas.
After the air is released from the cooker, open the cooker and dry the water on high flame, put ginger garlic paste in it and keep stirring.
When the water dries up, oil appears on top, then add finely chopped green chilies (thick), ginger and potatoes, add some water and whistle for 2 whistles. Garnish with green coriander and ginger and serve after the potato melts.
