Lehsuni Mutton Malai Boti is a starter which is served as a side dish. In this mutton is fried and creamy sauce and butter is added to it, this increases the taste of this fried mutton many times.
Let’s see Lehsuni Mutton Malai Boti
Grind the boneless mutton and wash it. Put oil, mutton, ginger-garlic paste, salt and one cup water in the cooker and let it whistle for 4 to 5 times or till it melts. Open the cooker and check if the mutton is melted. If it is cooked, then stir it on full flame and dry the water.
In a bowl, add Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, gram flour, rice flour or corn flour (whichever you have), lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and mutton and mix well.
When the oil is hot in the pan , add mutton pieces one by one. Do not keep them in the oil for long, otherwise the mutton pieces will become hard. Take them out within 2 to 3 minutes.
Put butter in a frying pan and when the finely chopped garlic turns light brown, add cream or kadha, fresh cream, black pepper powder, salt and milk and cook for 2 minutes.
Now pour this creamy sauce on the mutton, add green coriander on top and serve.

In mutton-
- Oil 1 table spoon
- Mutton 400 gms
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
In spices-
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour 2 tablespoon
- Rice flour or corn flour 1 tablespoon
- Chaat fruit powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Chopped green coriander
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Creamy Sauce –
- 1/3 cup cream or butter
- Milk 2 tbsp
- finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Butter 1 tsp
Oil for frying
