Malai Roll Recipe is a very easy dessert which can be prepared in just 10 minutes. When you feel like eating something sweet during lunch or dinner or a guest comes suddenly, then make this easy dessert immediately.

Mix dry milk , cream and powdered sugar, cut the edges of the bread from all sides and apply the mixed cream paste on the bread thoroughly all around.
Now slowly roll the bread (slices) and set all the slices into rolls.
Add cardamom powder, sugar, dry milk and saffron or food color (whichever you have) to the milk and let it cook. When it comes to a boil, reduce the flame of the gas and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Now add custard after mixing it in water and keep stirring. After cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, turn off the gas.
Pour custard milk on the malai roll with a spoon all around so that the roll does not remain dry, garnish with chopped dry fruits .
