Malka Dal Recipe
Malka Dal Recipe which is made in everyone’s house. When some society is not available then the first thing that comes to mind is to make dal because dal is easily available in everyone’s house and can be prepared quickly. Dal also tastes good with roti, but dal and rice is a famous dish and this famous dish is made in the homes of both rich and poor. Its taste is further enhanced with pickle, salad and papad.
Let’s see Malka Dal Recipe –
Heat oil in a cooker, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt, add some water and fry on low flame.
When the masala is roasted, add the Malka Dal and water, keep the water over the Dal, close the lid of the cooker, whistle for one whistle and turn off the gas after the second whistle.
After the gas comes out of the cooker, open the lid and check if water is required. Add water as per your wish. Add chaat fruit masala. Take desi ghee (optional) or oil in the pan and brown the onion. Add whole red chilli and cumin seeds. Now add this tempering to the dal. Add green coriander before serving.
Malka Dal Recipe Ingredient –
- Malka Dal 200 grams
- Tomato 2
- coriander powder 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- turmeric 1/4 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Ginger Garlic Stomach 2 tsp
For tempering –
- desi ghee or oil
- onion one small
- Dry red chilli 3 to 4
- cumin one teaspoon
