Masala Chaap Recipe is a delicious non-veg dish which is not only easy to make but also very tasty to eat. It can be made in many ways. We will make it by adding curd, ground onion and dry spices which gets prepared very quickly.

Chop the onion and grind it. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala to the ground onion.

 

 

 

Add curd, spices and one tablespoon water to the chaap and let it boil for 3 to 4 whistles .

 

 

 

After the gas comes out, open the cooker and dry the water from the onion on full flame and fry it well.

 

 

 

Once it is fried, make gravy as per your liking and serve it after adding green coriander.

Ingredient –

  • Mutton Chaap 700 Grams 
  • Onion 3 (paste)
  • Curd 200 gms 
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp 
  • Coriander powder 3 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp 
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp 
  • Garam masala 1 tsp 
  • Oil
  • green coriander
