Let’s see Meethi Matthi recipe

Mash wheat flour , maida, salt, oil, semolina (rava) well with hands.

If there is no powdered sugar (bad) in the milk then you can take normal sugar also (dissolve normal sugar well in milk first) Now slowly add milk to the flour and knead the dough, this dough is a little harder than milk. Kneads with a spoon, so knead gently and keep it on rest for some time.

Now make balls of dough and roll out rotis.

Now take one roti, apply oil on it all around, after applying oil, sprinkle semolina (rava) on it, place another roti on it, apply oil on it in the same way and sprinkle rava all around, seven rotis one above the other, oil in the same way. Apply more rava and roll it out a little more with a rolling pin.

Now roll seven rotis (rolled one on top of the other) on the rolling pin.

Make a slit in the middle with a knife and roll it into two parts.

Once rolled, cut it with a knife and roll it out gently with a rolling pin.

When normal oil is heated in a pan, add buttermilk one by one. When it turns light brown, take it out from the oil.
