Mix Dal Recipe

Let’s see Mix Dal Recipe –
To make mixed dal, take Malka dal, Moong dal, Black urad dal and Gram dal in equal quantity and soak the gram dal for half an hour.
Wash the pulses and put them in the cooker. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and about half a liter of water. Mix well and close the lid of the cooker. Turn off the gas after one whistle.
When the gas goes out, open the cooker and add chopped green chillies and finely chopped ginger. If water is required, add some water and cook on low flame.
Check the dal and temper the dal by adding onion and cumin seeds in desi ghee or oil and add chaat fruit masala and green coriander on top and serve.

- Chana dal 100 grams
- Malka Dal 100 grams
- Moong dal 100 grams
- Black urad dal 100 grams
- tomatoes 2 large
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies 6 to 7 (coarse)
- Ginger 1 inch piece (finely chopped)
- half onion
- cumin 1 tsp
- Chaat fruit masala 1 tsp
- green coriander
- ghee or oil
