Mooli Ki Sabzi
Mooli ki Sabzi is a winter dish. It is made in many ways. Some people make it by boiling the radishes and some without boiling. However, it is easy to make radish ki sabzi. Ginger, garlic, tomato and dry chilli paste are mixed in it, which makes it It turns out to be very tasty. Try this recipe prepared by us, you will definitely like it.
Let’s see Mooli ki Sabzi recipe –
Cut and wash the radish and leaves, put the chopped radish and leaves in the cooker and cook for 1 whistle, do not add water. After 1 whistle, reduce the flame of the gas and cook for 4 to 5 whistles so that the radish gets cooked properly. When it cools down, press it with your hands to remove all the water.
Make a paste of tomato, dry red chilli, cumin, ginger, garlic and add turmeric salt to it.
When the oil is hot in the pan , add the onion. When the onion is fried for 6 to 7 minutes , add the spice paste. Keep stirring on low flame and fry for 7 to 8 minutes.
Add radishes to the spices, mix them, add finely chopped green chillies and let it cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
