Mutton Keema
You’ve probably eaten mutton keema a lot, but this version of the dish, which is composed entirely of green chillies and has a very pleasant flavor, is something you should try.
Let’s see the recipe for making Mutton Keema (Method)
Put onion, tomato and oil in the mince and give it 2 whistles, do not add water because tomato, onion and mince also release water.
When the gas comes out, roast the mince on full flame by adding salt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, ginger and chopped green chilies (halved), do not add red chili powder to this mince. Add only green chilies as much as you want to keep chilies, add green chilies twice in half. When oil starts appearing, add some water and add remaining green chillies and potatoes and whistle for 2 whistles.
Mutton Keema Ingredient –
- Mutton 500 grams
- onion 2 large
- Tomato 2 Normal
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- salt as per taste
- Ginger chopped 1 inch
- Green chilies 10 to 12 thick or (as many as you want)
- potato 1
