Clean and wash spinach, fenugreek, carrot, turnip, cauliflower thoroughly and peel the peas.

Put all the vegetables in the cooker, do not add peas. Add tomato, onion, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and oil, mix well with a spoon and close the lid of the cooker. Do not add water to the vegetables because spinach and fenugreek release their water. After one whistle in the cooker, reduce the flame and let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
