Let’s see Palak Paneer Recipe
First of all clean and wash the spinach. Boil spinach and green chillies in a bowl with little water and boil for 5 minutes.
After cooling, grind it to make a paste.
Heat some oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, add onion and stir for a minute or two, add chopped ginger, after adding garlic, add chopped tomatoes and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, do not add water, when it cools down, use the mixer Grind it.
Heat some oil in a pan, add onion-tomato mix paste and fry on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes, add spinach paste and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add turmeric, salt, add the water that is saved while boiling the spinach, if it is needed while roasting the spices, you can add it even then.
Now put roasted gram flour in spinach and cook for 5 more minutes.
Cut the paneer into pieces and grate some paneer, if you want, fry the paneer kepis.
Mix paneer in spinach and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. If you want, add 4 to 5 spoons of cream or milk cream, this will increase the test.
For tempering, when the desi ghee is hot, add whole red chillies, then add cumin seeds and add finely chopped garlic, when it turns brown, put the tempering in the palak paneer.
Palak Paneer Ingredients-
- Spinach 500 grams
- Paneer 250 grams
- salt as per taste
- Green chilies 6 to 7
- turmeric half teaspoon
- Gram flour 2 tbsp (roasted)
- onion one medium size
- one large tomato
- Lessons 10 to 12
- Garlic 8 to 10 Kaliya (peeled)
- Ginger 1 inch (peeled and chopped)
- cumin half teaspoon
- little oil or ghee
For Fry-
- Desi ghee 2 tbsp (you can take oil if you want)
- Whole red chilies
- 3 to 4 Garlic
- 8 to 10 Kaliya (finely chopped)
- cumin half teaspoon
