Paneer Butter Masala is a famous dish among vegetarians. It is often seen in weddings. It is made during a feast at home or when a special guest arrives. It is delicious with roti, chapati or naan.

Let’s see the Paneer Butter Masala recipe –

 

 

Chop onion and tomato, peel garlic and ginger, separate the stalk of green chilli and wash it, put oil and butter in the pan .

 

 

Add onion and fry for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, ginger and cashews and fry for 3 to 4 minutes more. When it cools down, make a paste in the mixer grinder .

 

 

Put oil in the same pan , add the paste and fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Now add red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and kasuri methi and mix well.

 

After frying on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes, add cheese and milk cream.

  • Paneer 200 gms
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chillies 3 to 4 (thick)
  • Cashews 8 to 10
  • Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  • Garlic 10 to 12 buds
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tsp
  • Milk cream or malai 3 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 to 3 tsp
  • Oil
