When oil is hot in the pan, put poha in poha jhara (lattice spoon) and fry it. Similarly fry raw peanuts.
Fry curry leaves in hot oil for few seconds and add it to fried poha and moong dal.
Add black salt, powdered sugar and red chili powder and mix everything well.
Enjoy chivda with tea.
