Pudina Chutney
Pudina Chutney is a tasty chutney which is ready in 5 minutes. This chutney enhances the taste of samosa, kachori, dhokla, khaman dahi chaat, potato parathas and many other things. It is made with fresh mint leaves and green coriander. Chutney is most famous for enhancing the taste of food in India. Chutney enhances the taste of every type of food.
Let’s see Pudina Chutney –
First of all, separate the mint leaves and green coriander leaves and wash them thoroughly. Grind chopped tomatoes, salt, cumin, garlic, ginger and green chillies in a mixer grinder . Make the chutney as fine as you want.
Enhance the taste of your food by grinding the chutney as finely or coarsely as you want.

- Mint 1 cup (leaves)
- Green coriander 1 cup (leaves)
- tomatoes 2 small
- Green chilli 5 to 6
- Cumin
- salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp
- ginger half inch
- 6 to 7 garlic cloves
