Sabji Gosht Recipe
Sabji Gosht Recipe, a fun dish of the winter season, in which along with spinach, add cabbage, carrot, fenugreek, peas, turnip or whatever vegetables you like, I have added spinach and cabbage.
Adding turnip in winter season further enhances its taste. Vegetables contain iron, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C and some protein and mutton contains Omega 3 fatty acids, protein, zinc, vitamin D and iron. It is found in abundant quantities which is beneficial for us, hence the dish of Sabji Gosht Recipe is both beneficial and tasty.
Let’s see Sabji Gosht Recipe –
Cut spinach and cabbage, wash them , add oil, vegetables, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt in the cooker and cook for 4 to 5 whistles so that the vegetables get cooked well. Open the cooker and add mutton and cook for 2 to 3 whistles. |
When the gas comes out, fry on full flame , mix the vegetables well and while roasting, add chopped green chillies and Add ginger.
Tasty and healthy dish is ready.
