Wash and slice the Shimla mirch (capsicum). Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Roast the tomatoes on low heat until they become mushy.
Once the masala is roasted, add Shimla mirch, potatoes, and a little water. Cook on high heat for 2-3 whistles. Allow the pressure to release naturally and mix everything well.
