When you feel like eating sweets then make this tasty Suji ka Halwa in a jiffy. Make this halwa made of fruits and dry fruits once.
Let’s see how to make Suji ka Halwa –
Fry Suji and crushed cocounut separately in a pan adding 2-2 spoons of desi ghee till they change colour.
Take desi ghee in a pan, add roasted copra, and roasted semolina, stir for some time on a low flame, add essence and sugar to the milk and mix it, now pour the milk into the semolina and mix it with a spoon.
After turning off the gas, put fruit (apple, banana, pomegranate, mango, chiku) or whatever fruit you like, put some dry fruit (almond, cashew, pistachio) which dry fruit you want to put. Now serve the Tasty Suzi Halwa.
Suji ka Halwa Ingredients –
- suji 200 grams
- Crushed coconut 100 grams
- milk 400 grams
- Sugar 200 grams (as per taste)
- Ghee
- Essence mix fruit 8 to 10 drops (whichever essence you want to add)
