Wash the vegetables and cut them into long and thin pieces. Add tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and coriander powder as spices.
When the oil is hot in the pan or frying pan, add mustard seeds, when they crackle, add the masala and a little water Add it and fry.
Once the masala is roasted, add the chopped vegetables and one cup water, mix well, cover it with lid and let it cook on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes, once the vegetables are cooked, stir on full flame and dry the water.
