Thread Chicken Recipe
Cut the chicken into long and thin pieces and wash it. Drain the water from the chicken thoroughly and add red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, black pepper powder, egg, turmeric, lemon juice and flour and mix it.
Cut the samosa sheet into thin and long pieces with scissors. Press the marinated chicken into the finely chopped samosa sheet with the help of hands and wrap it well.
This chicken thread can also be stored. Keep it in a tray or plate in the deep fridge for 2 hours. When it becomes tight, take it out and keep it in a zip lock bag or air container box in the deep fridge. When you want to fry it, take it out some time before.
When the oil is heated on medium flame in the pan, add chicken threads one by one. When it becomes light brown, take it out and serve with sauce or chutney.
