Paneer Roll Recipe –
To make Paneer Roll , cut paneer into small pieces and also chop tomatoes, capsicum and onion finely.
Mix red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red orange food colour, curd and lemon juice in paneer. Put paneer in little oil in a frying pan or kadhai and let the water evaporate for 4 to 5 minutes. When the water of curd evaporates, turn off the gas.
Fry capsicum in 1 tsp oil for 1 to 2 minutes and bake paratha or roti.
Apply tomato sauce and mayonnaise on roti or paratha and place paneer lengthwise in the middle.
Place capsicum, finely chopped tomatoes and onion on top of the paneer, fold the roti or paratha to make a roll and put a toothpick so that the roll does not open, cover one side of the roll with tissue paper.

- Roti or paratha
- Oil
