Let’s see the recipe for making Paya.

First of all, cut the papaya into pieces, clean it thoroughly, wash it and boil it on high flame for 10 to 15 minutes. You will see that fat has come on top, take that fat off slowly with the help of a spoon. By doing this, there will be no heck or smell from the salan.

Now put it in the cooker and whistle and reduce the flame of the gas, let it cook on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes, then turn off the gas. Along with this, whistle or (you can make masala by grinding raw onion) Now open the cooker and check whether it is cooked or not. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

As soon as cumin seeds are added to the oil, add the spices, onion, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, make a paste by adding some water to all these spices and put them in the oil (make the paste of the spices beforehand Now roast the spices on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

When the masala is roasted, take out the pieces of paya and put it in the masala and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes without adding water, now add the remaining soup and after boiling, turn off the gas and serve it by adding green coriander.

  • Onion 4 grated or (baked with pasta)
  • salt as per taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 4 tsp
  • cumin half teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil
