Heat oil in a pan and fry bhindi for 5 to 7 minutes, bhindi melts up to 50%, you must be thinking that this bhindi recipe will require a lot of oil, which is not good for health, but it is not so after the bhindi is fried. Take out the oil from bhindi.
Cut the onion and fry it in 2 spoons of oil till it becomes light pink (now the oil has to be taken less because our bhindi is also oily).
Now add tomato, salt, red chili powder, ground coriander, turmeric, cumin, ginger garlic paste and cook it by adding all these spices.
Add some water along with the spices and let it cook on a low flame so that the tomato melts well.
After roasting the masala well, add fried bhindi and mix it well. Your fried bhindi is ready. You can eat it with roti, naan, paratha, it looks very tasty with all.

- Bhindi 1 kg
- Onion 4 normal size
- salt as per taste turmeric
- Half teaspoon cumin
- Half teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Tomatoes 3 normal size
