Chicken Tikka Bread

Let’s see Chicken Tikka Bread

Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash them, add ginger garlic paste, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, tikka masala, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, soya sauce to the chicken and mix all these spices. And marinate for half an hour.

Take one spoon of oil in the pan and add marinated chicken. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Cover and cook for 2 to 2 minutes so that the chicken gets cooked properly. Turn off the gas when the water from the chicken dries up. When it cools down, add finely chopped coriander, mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise and mix.

Cut the edges of the bread slices (grind the edges to make a bread crust). Now roll the bread with a rolling pin to make it flat, then cut it from the middle and divide it into two parts. Now place the chicken on it and surround it. Pack it with flour paste (make a paste by adding water to flour).

Grind the edges of the bread in a mixer grinder to make bread crumbs, beat the egg with a spoon. Dip the chicken tikka bread in the egg and then coat it with bread crumbs. Here you can also store them in a plate. Freeze it for some time, when it becomes tight, take it out and keep it in a zip lock bag or air tight container. When you feel like it, take it out a little earlier and keep it outside.

When the oil is medium hot in the pan or pan, add the chicken tikka bread one by one, when it becomes light brown from both the sides, take it out from the oil. Enjoy it with sauce.
