When the oil is hot in the pan , add onion, when onion becomes light brown, add tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, cumin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala. Add all these spices and also add some water so that Do not let the spices burn. Now fry on low flame.
