Bharwa Bhindi Recipe
Bharwa Bhindi Recipe is a veg dish which is very popular. In this recipe, Bhindi is cut and filled with gram flour and spices. This is a very easy and tasty recipe which can be eaten with roti or paratha.
Let’s see Bharwa Bhindi Recipe –
Fry the gram flour on low flame, add ground fennel, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, mango powder or lemon juice, cumin, salt and Maggi masala to the spices and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Wash the ladyfinger, cut it from both the sides and make an incision in the middle and fill it with masala.
Fill all the ladyfingers with masala, add cumin seeds in a tablespoon of oil in the pan and put the ladyfingers one by one. Add some water all around the ladyfinger so that the ladyfingers do not burn. Now cover the pan and turn the gas flame to low. Do this and check occasionally, let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
If there is any left over masala after stuffing the bhindi then add that too and stir gently.

- Dry mango powder 1 tablespoon or lemon juice
