Lauki Gosht Recipe  is an easy dish to make like Aloo Gosht. All the spices, onion, tomato and meat are mixed together. After the spices are roasted, add bottle gourd, melt it, mix it well and serve it with rice and roti. This dish is enjoyed with.

Cut onion and tomato, add ginger, garlic paste, salt, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander in the cooker along with the meat, add oil and one tablespoon of water, mix well and close the lid of the cooker. Whistle until the meat is cooked.

 

 

 

When the gas comes out of the cooker, open the lid and dry the water on full flame. Keep stirring it in between. Once the water dries, reduce the flame of the gas and fry the spices thoroughly.

 

 

 

Once the spices are roasted, add the bottle gourd (peel the bottle gourd and cut it) and 2 to 3 tablespoons of water, give it 1 to 2 whistles, open the cooker and stir on full flame and break some bottle gourd with a spoon, this will thicken the gravy which will thicken the rice. And it tastes much tastier than bread.

Add green coriander before serving.

  • meat 500 grams
  • Bottle gourd 250 grams
  • onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • cumin 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  • Oil
  • green coriander
