Aloo Dahi Chana Chaat Recipe Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them. Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, fry the potatoes till they become light brown.
Soak the gram overnight and in the morning boil it by adding water and salt in the pressure cooker. In a small bowl mix chaat fruit masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and dry mango powder.
Put fried potatoes in the dish, sprinkle mixed masala, add boiled chickpeas and then again sprinkle the masala over the chickpeas.
Add sugar and milk to curd, mix it and pour the curd over gram and potatoes.
Add jaggery tamarind chutney, mint chutney, break small sev and papdi and put it on top.

- Potatoes 4
- Chickpeas 1 cup
- Curd 1 cup
- Milk 1-4 cups
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Papdi
- Fine Sev
- Jaggery tamarind chutney as per taste
- Mint chutney as per taste
Spices-
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Chaat fruit masala 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Amchur powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
