Beef Paya Recipe
Beef Paya Recipe is very tasty to eat but it is very easy to make, Paya is often made in winter.
Let’s see Beef Paya Recipe –
Clean and wash the Paaya thoroughly, put Paaya, onion, salt and water in the cooker and let it whistle till it melts, when the gas of the cooker goes out, take out the onions and check whether the Paaya is cooked or not, if it is not cooked then put the whistle on again.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder and cumin seeds to the onion, add oil in a pan , add the spices and one tablespoon water and fry it.
Once the spices are roasted, take out the feet from the cooker and mix it with the spices. Do not add water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the water from the cooker and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Mazerad Beef Paya is ready, serve it by garnishing with green coriander.
