A little water is then added to the mixture to create a paste. Take oil, add the mixture paste, and fried it in the oil over a low heat.

 

 

After thoroughly roasting the masala, add water, bring to a boil, add the pakodas, cook for an additional two to three minutes, then turn off the heat. Before serving, add green coriander.

Besan ki Sabzi Recipe Ingredient-

For Pakodi

  • Gram flour 200 grams
  • half an onion finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 green chilies finely chopped (thick ones)
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Oil

For Gravy –

  • 2 onion paste
  • 2 tomato paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • salt as per taste
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • 3 tsp coriander powder
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 – 1/2 tsp
