Chicken Cheese Box Patties is an easy and quick recipe for Iftar that you can make effortlessly, and its taste is so delicious that you’ll want to make it over and over again. You can store it in a zip-lock bag or an airtight container and enjoy this tasty dish whenever you desire by frying it.

Boil boneless chicken with a little water, ginger-garlic paste, cinnamon, and salt until cooked. Drain the chicken and shred it finely.
In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and sauté onions for 1-2 minutes until they become soft. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Gradually add a little milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add the reserved chicken stock and diced bell peppers. You can use red, yellow, and green bell peppers if desired. Also, add mixed herbs or oregano, white or black pepper powder (whichever you have), and salt. Finally, add finely chopped green chili and cook until the sauce thickens.
In a bowl, combine the prepared sauce with shredded chicken, chili flakes, chopped green onions, and mozzarella cheese (as much as you like). Mix everything well
Take samosa patties, which are easily available in the market, and make a thin paste by adding water to all-purpose flour or wheat flour.
Place the samosa patties on top of each other in a crisscross pattern, and place the chicken mixture in the center (1-2 tablespoons, as desired). Apply the flour paste on one side and fold the patties from all four sides to form a box shape.
Beat an egg with a little milk. Dip the patties in the egg mixture and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai and fry the patties until they turn golden brown.

- 1 tsp white or black pepper powder
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- Samosa patties
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or wheat flour
