The name of Chicken Fry makes one’s mouth water, be it kids or adults, it is a favourite of all, it is one of the best chicken recipes, in this the chicken is marinated and kept for some time and then deep fried, it has its own fun to eat with chutney.
Let’s see the Chicken Fry recipe –
Clean and wash the chicken, add salt, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste to it and keep it aside for the first marination for half to 1 hour.
In the second marination, mix curd (remove water from curd), red chilli powder, chaat fruit masala, roasted crushed cumin seeds, corn flour, gram flour, coriander powder, red orange food colour, black salt and garam masala powder.
When the oil in the pan is medium hot, add the chicken pieces one by one, turn them from both the sides and take them out from the oil when they turn brown.
For the chutney, grind thick green chillies, salt, cumin seeds, cashews, garlic and once ground, add curd and run the mixer grinder for a few seconds.
Fried chicken with delicious chutney is ready.

First Marination –
- Chicken 1kg
- lemon one big
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Second Marination –
- Corn flour 4 tablespoons
- Gram flour 2 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Food colour 1/4 tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Curd 2 table spoon
- Black salt as per taste
- Oil
sauce –
- thick green chilli
- Salt to taste
- Cashews 7 to 8
- Garlic 8 to 9 buds
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
