Let’s see the recipe for making Chicken Stew-
First of all put onion, tomato, oil and a little water in the cooker and whistle, after the whistle, reduce the gas or induction and cook on a low flame for five minutes so that the onion and tomato melts well.
When the gas comes out, open the cooker and add chopped red chillies, salt, ground coriander, whole crushed coriander, cloves, chopped ginger, turmeric cumin and mix them well.
After mixing all these spices, fry well, see whether onion and tomato are mixed in the spices or not. Now add ginger garlic paste, thick green chillies and chicken to these spices, cook well till the chicken is cooked. Add green coriander and serve when the chicken is cooked.

- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions 5 to 6 (chopped)
- Tomatoes 3 to 4
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- salt as per taste
- Whole red chilies 7 to 8
- cumin half teaspoon
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Coarsely ground coriander 2 teaspoons
- oil 100 grams
- turmeric half
- teaspoon cloves 8 to 10 chopped
- ginger 1 inch
- Motihari Chilli 4 to 5
With this chopper, you can cut vegetables very easily, which will make your work very easy, you can easily cut things like onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger in chicken stew.
