Crispy Chilli Chana is a street food. Everyone likes its slightly sweet and tasty taste. We will make it at home in a very easy way.
Let’s see the Crispy Chilli Chana recipe –
Soak the chickpeas overnight, put the chickpeas, salt and water upto the top of the chickpeas in the cooker and put the whistle on. After one whistle, reduce the flame of the gas. After 2 to 3 whistles, turn off the gas. Do not melt the chickpeas too much. Drain the water and add corn flour and refined flour to the chickpeas and mix them.
When the oil is hot, put the chickpeas in the oil and let it remain without stirring for 2 minutes, then stir gently and take it out of the oil when it becomes light brown. Put ginger-garlic paste and long chopped green chillies in 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
In a small bowl mix tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce or Kashmiri red chilli powder (whatever you have in chilli sauce and Kashmiri red chilli powder), if both are not available then grind green chillies and add them along with capsicum, salt and black pepper powder and stir for 2 minutes on full flame.
Mix corn flour in half a cup of water in a bowl and pour it into the pan. Also add fried gram and green coriander and mix.
