Fish Curry Recipe

Let’s see Fish Curry Recipe –
First of all, clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, gram flour and corn flour (this is optional) if there is salt in it. Do not add all these spices. Skip them. Mix it and keep it covered in the fridge for some time , any kind of fish, boneless or with bone, can be used in this recipe.
When some oil is heated in a pan or pan, shallow fry the fish pieces. When fried from both the sides, take out the fish pieces in a dish. Turn the fish pieces very carefully otherwise the pieces will break.
Fry the onion till it turns golden brown. As soon as it starts turning golden brown, add cashews to it, turn them light pink, take them out of the oil and when it cools down, grind them in a mixer grinder.
Heat oil in a pan , add cumin seeds, lentil sugar, bay leaves, small cardamoms, black cardamom cloves and ginger garlic paste and cook them all on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes. Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, ground tomato and salt. Cook while stirring well until the tomatoes leave oil. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped green chillies, cashew nuts and onion paste and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep stirring in between. When the oil separates, add half a cup of hot water. Lastly add green coriander, roasted kasoori fenugreek, garam masala, mix and add fried fish and turn off the gas after it comes to a boil .

For Fish Marination –
- Fish – 500 grams
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- salt as per taste
- turmeric 1/2 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Gram flour 2 teaspoons
- Corn flour 1 tsp (optional)
For gravy –
- bay leaf 1
- Add sugar 1 inch piece
- small cardamom 4
- large cardamom 1
- cloves 4
- cumin 1 tsp
- Onion – 4
- Cashews – 10 to 12
- Tomato – 4 (paste)
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- green chilli 3
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
- turmeric 1/2 tsp
