Ghee Bura Chawal
Ghee Bura Chawal is a kind of desi sweet. In earlier times, people used to eat this rice as a sweet. Even when guests came, they used to prepare it with great enthusiasm and everyone used to eat it happily. Even today, this dish is served at many places. This recipe is made especially in the villages even today. It does not require any special effort to make it, on the day when rice is prepared, it becomes even easier to make Ghee Bura Chawal .
Let’s see Ghee Bura Chawal recipe –
Wash the Basmati rice and soak it for 1 hour in advance. Keep the water heated in a vessel. When it boils, add the rice and keep the water till just above the rice.
When the water reaches below the rice or remains at 25%, cover the lid and reduce the gas. If the gas is not very light, then place a bowl of rice on the pan and let it simmer for 7 to 8 minutes. Turn off the gas for some time. After that, remove the lid and serve the rice.
Heat desi ghee and take bada .
Take out the rice in a plate and cool it (adding bada and ghee on hot rice causes the rice to leave water). Put bada on top and pour desi ghee on it and serve.
Delicious desi food is ready.
