Let’s see the recipe of Gud Imli ki Chatni

 

 

 

Soak tamarind for half an hour and mash it well with hands and remove the seeds.

 

 

 

Filter the seedless tamarind through a sieve and separate the pulp.

 

 

 

Put tamarind pulp and jaggery in a pan and keep stirring until the jaggery melts.

 

 

 

Now add turmeric, salt and red chili powder into it and keep stirring on low flame till it thickens.

Ingredients –

  • Tamarind 50 gms
  • Jaggery 150 gms
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
