Jaggery Chai Recipe

 

Let’s see the Gud ki Chai Recipe –

 

 

 

Put tea leaves in a cup of water in a tea pot over full flame. When it starts to boil, reduce the flame. Add powdered jaggery (which is specially made for tea) and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

 

 

 

Now add one cup of milk and when it boils, reduce the flame and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Filter it through a sieve and take it out in a cup.

Ingredients –

  • Milk 1 cup 
  • a cup of water 
  • Tea leaves 1 1/2 tsp 
  • Jaggery 3 tsp (ground)
