Let it be about Kabab and it cannot happen without water coming in the mouth. Seekh Kebabs are also included in the list of non-veg lovers, although Seekh Kebabs are cooked on coals, but we can make Seekh Kebabs at home in an easy way.
Let’s see how to make Seekh Kabab.
Minced meat, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chili powder. Roasted cumin, garam masala, chaat fruit masala and seekh kabab masala mix them all.
Add finely chopped coriander, green chili or (red chili) and juice of one lemon.
Mix all the spices well, make a bowl of foil paper and put it in the mince, after turning the coal red on the gas, put half a spoon of oil or ghee in the bowl, after the smoke comes out, cover it for a few minutes before placing the mince in the coal. Make space with your fingers so that the smoke goes well into the minced meat.
To make kebabs, put foil paper in iron or wooden skewers. Put the mince on the skewer and apply oil on your hands and give the shape of kebab with light hands. If the kebab is not made right then add 2 teaspoons of roasted gram flour. If you want, you can also freeze the kebabs, when you want to make kebabs, take them out of Frozen 2 hours before, you will feel the taste of kebabs as fresh as if you have just made kebabs. Take it out and keep it in a zip lock bag.
Deep fry or shallow fry the kebabs, do not fry them for a long time, otherwise the kebabs become tough.
Grind onions, cashews, green chilies (thick ones), green coriander in a mixer and make a paste, put some ghee and some butter in a pan and fry the paste.
After roasting the spices, add salt and kebabs and let them cook for a few minutes so that the kebabs get cooked properly.
Curd malai or (cream), milk, chaat fruit masala, roasted crushed cumin, mix all these and put them in the kebab, when it comes to a boil, do not cook too much, otherwise the curd will burst. Now melt the butter and pour it on top. Give
