Recipe –
To make Kale Chane Ke Kabab, soak the black chickpeas overnight and soak them in the morning by adding salt and water. When it cools down, grind it in the mixer grinder. Now add red chilli powder, salt, chaat fruit masala, cumin powder, gram flour and boil potatoes, peel them, mash them and mix them all well.
Finely chop onion, green chilli and green coriander and mix them.
When the oil is hot in the pan or tawa, fry the kebabs. Once fried from both the sides, serve them with chutney.

- Black gram 200 gms
- Potato 1 medium
- Gram flour 3 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Chaat fruit masala 1 tsp
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Green chilli 2 finely chopped (thick)
- Green Coriander
- Oil
