Bitter gourd vegetable –
Karele ki Sabji is full of many qualities, although many people do not like its taste. There will definitely be someone in your house who does not like bitter gourd vegetable. Let’s see Karele ki Sabji – Recipe –
Heat some oil in a pan , add chopped onions and cook till they become soft, do not brown them . Now add tomatoes, green chillies, chilli flakes, salt, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder and half a cup of water to the onions and cook for 3 minutes. Roast for 4 minutes.
(Peel the bitter gourd, remove the seeds, cut it, apply salt and keep it aside for half an hour) Once the onions and spices are roasted well, wash the bitter gourds and fry them for 7 to 8 minutes. Add some water and keep them aside for 5 to 7 minutes. |

- Onion 300 grams

- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- turmeric 1/4 tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
