Keema Palak Recipe is a very tasty dish and it is also easy to make. Minced meat is fried and then spinach is added and cooked.

Wash the minced meat and add chopped onion and tomato to it. Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin seeds and oil and mix well. Do not add water. Cover the cooker and let it whistle 2 to 3 times.

 

 

 

After the gas comes out of the cooker, open it and dry the water on full flame, keep stirring it at times and add the ground ginger and garlic.

 

 

 

Cut and wash spinach and potatoes, add them to the roasted minced meat and mix well.

 

 

 

Add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and half a cup water and let it whistle twice. After the whistles stop, open the cooker and check it. Add as much or less water as you want.

  • Minced meat 500
  • Onion 3
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Potato 1 large
  • Spinach 250 gms
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 3 to 4
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Oil
