Khiri Recipe
Khiri Recipe is a very easy dish to prepare. It does not require much ingredients. It can be made with few spices. Adding Kasuri Methi in this recipe enhances the taste. Khiri can be served with roti, chapatti or naan. Can be eaten
Let’s see Khiri Recipe –
Clean the cucumber, wash it thoroughly and cut the tomato and onion.
Put cucumber oil, chopped onion, tomato ginger, garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric in the cooker, add one cup of water, close the lid and whistle, after one whistle reduce the flame of the gas . Do it and let it blow for 5 to 6 whistles.
Turn off the gas of the cooker, open the lid, drain the cucumber water on full flame and add Kasuri Methi, if oil starts appearing then add water. Add as much water as you want to keep the gravy. Check the kheeri, if there is no gali then add whistle. Add green coriander before serving.

- turmeric 1/2 tsp
