Laccha Paratha
Laccha Paratha can be made from wheat or flour. In most of the houses, Laccha Paratha is made from wheat flour and in restaurants, Laccha Paratha is made from fine flour. This paratha goes well with any dish. It is not difficult.
Let us see how to make Laccha Paratha –
Add milk, salt and oil to the flour and mix it well. Now add water little by little and knead the dough. Keep it covered for half an hour. Before making parathas, make balls of the dough.
Roll out the round roti thinly, apply oil on it and sprinkle dry flour. Now fold the strip from one side upwards and then fold the entire roti downwards in the same manner.
Now make a round shape of the folded roti, fold the bottom side of the roti, sprinkle some dry flour and roll it with a rolling pin with light hands. After rolling, you can also freeze these parathas, separate them and keep them frozen for some time. When they become a little tight, keep them in a zip lock bag. When you want to make them, take them out a little before then. Bake on pan.
When the pan is hot, put the paratha on the pan, pour oil all around with a spoon, turn the paratha, after it gets cooked from both the sides, take it out from the pan and serve it hot.
