You must have had the delicious Litchi Mojito in restaurants but we can make it at home very easily and very tasty.
Let’s see the Litchi Mojito recipe –
Peel the litchi and remove the seeds. Put the litchi, mint and lemon in a mixer grinder and blend for a few seconds (do not grind too finely) or crush it in a mortar and pestle.
Crush it and put it in a tall glass or jug. Add sugar syrup or powdered sugar, black salt, lemon juice and Sprite or plain soda. Mix it and garnish it with mint leaves.

- Litchi 7 to 8
- Sugar syrup or powdered sugar 2 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 ( 4 pieces )
- Black salt 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Sprite 1 cup
- Mint leaves 15 to 16
