Take gram flour in two separate bowls, add salt, baking soda and make a paste, leave it in one bowl and add orange-red food color in the other bowl and mix.
When the oil in the pan becomes medium hot, make pakodas with the help of a spoon. Once the pakodas of one bowl are ready, make the pakodas of the other bowl in the same manner.
Put the yellow pakodas without food color in water and squeeze them gently, and leave the orange pakodas with food color as they are.
For the chutney, grind the garlic, cumin, salt, mango powder and dry red chilli coarsely, do not grind them very finely.
Set the pakodas in a plate as per your wish, pour chutney on top and garnish it with finely and roundly chopped onions and serve.

yellow (yellow) papaya paste –
- Gram flour 100 grams

Orange Pakodiya –
- Gram flour 100 grams
- salt as per taste
- a pinch of baking soda
- Red food color 1/4 tsp
- Oil
For chutney –
- Dry red chilli 4 to 5
- salt as per taste
- cumin 1/2 tsp
- Garlic cloves 4 to 5
- Dry mango powder 1 tsp
