Masala Pav
Masala Pav is a very tasty street food which can be easily prepared at home. If you feel a little hungry in the evening, this recipe can be prepared and eaten quickly.
Let’s see the Masala Pav recipe –
Chop the onion finely (omelette cut), chop capsicum and tomatoes into small pieces, put oil and butter in a pan or wok and when it gets slightly hot, add the finely chopped onions, keep stirring till it becomes soft, do not brown it.
When the onion becomes soft, add capsicum and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring on low flame. Now add tomatoes and mix.
Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and turmeric. Add one tablespoon water and mix well. Keep stirring on low flame.
Mash the spices with the help of a potato masher and finally add green coriander and lemon.
Cut the pav from the middle, apply butter and fry it on a hot pan. Apply masala on both the sides, close it and fry it from top and bottom as well. If you want, apply masala and green coriander on top of the pav as well and serve.

- Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp turmeric
