Meetha Daliya is prepared very quickly and can be given to children. Some people like to eat sweet Daliya and some like to eat salty Daliya.

Soak the dalia for half an hour, if you don’t have time then wash it and put it in the cooker, add sugar and water and put the lid of the cooker. Keep the water at least 2 inches above the dalia . Turn off the gas after 3 to 4 whistles.
When the gas of the cooker comes out, open it and add milk.
Add milk, mix well and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
