Chilli Pakode
Mirch Ke Pakode looks very interesting to eat, especially during the rainy season, the fun of eating them with tea or sauce is different. These are crispy from outside and their chillies are soft from inside. They are made in many ways.
Let’s see Mirch Ke Pakode
First of all, wash the green thick chilli and make a slit from the middle and take out the seeds. If you like spicy then do not remove the seeds, mix salt, dry mango powder and coriander powder and stuff it dry inside the chilli.
Add salt, green coriander, asafoetida, turmeric powder, celery and baking soda to gram flour and make a paste by adding a little water .
Heat oil in a pan at normal temperature, dip the chillies one by one in the gram flour paste and fry them in oil. When they turn light golden brown, take them out and serve with sauce or chutney.
Ingredients for making chilli –
- Green chillies 6 to 7
- coriander powder 2 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Gram flour paste –
- Gram flour 100 grams
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Ajwain 1/2 tsp
- a pinch of baking soda
- Asafoetida
- green coriander
oil for frying
