Mix Veg Sabji is a winter vegetable, green and fresh vegetables can be seen in the winter season. As soon as the winter starts, this dish is also started. Most of the people like this vegetable. It is used in winter weddings, feasts and This is seen in parties, it is also very easy to make, you can add any vegetable of your choice in it.
This is eaten with roti, chapatti and jeera rice, you too must try the vegetable made in this way, you will definitely like it.
Let’s see Mix Veg Sabji –
Peel and chop carrots and potatoes, clean and chop cabbage, peel peas. You can add vegetables as per your choice.
When the oil is hot in the pan , fry the cabbage, potatoes and carrots separately. Do not put them together in the oil. Take them out when 60 to 70% gets melted. Do not fry the peas.
Drain the oil from the pan in which the vegetables were fried, leave some oil in the pan and heat it and fry one onion. When the onion turns light brown, add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic paste, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder. Add all these spices, add some water and keep frying on low flame till the tomatoes melt.
Once the spices are fried, add peas and half a cup of water. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. At the time of frying, check the vegetables which are less tender and add them. If water is required, add some water and cook for some time. take
Finally add cabbage, finely chopped ginger and chopped curry chilli and cook. Do not stir too much otherwise the cabbage will break. If the water dries up, add green coriander and turn off the gas.
