Mohobbat ka Sharbat is a famous sherbat of Old Delhi. People like to drink it more during Ramzan and Eid. Although it is in great demand during summer season also. It is made by adding watermelon, milk, Rooh Afza, sugar and Sabja seeds. After drinking it once, one feels like drinking this sherbat again and again.
Let’s see the recipe of Mohobbat ka Sharbat –
Remove seeds from watermelon and cut it into small pieces.
Make sherbet by mixing watermelon, Rooh Afza sugar and milk in a grinder or hand blender .
Soak Sabja seeds (Tuk Malanga) in a small bowl for 10 minutes and add them to the sherbet. Add small chopped watermelon seeds on top. If you want, you can also add ice cubes.
The love sherbet that will provide relief in summers is ready.

Ingredient –
- Watermelon 1 kg or (as per requirement)
- Milk 2 cups
- Rooh Afza 2 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 table spoon
- Sabja seeds (tuk malanga) 1 tsp
- Pieces of ice
